I joined https://www.coinspot.com.au to buy and sell some coins. question is want to purchase Shift but not seeing it, if there any other Australia sites that allow me to invest?

It is listed on only bittrex and livecoin, why are you looking for especially australia exchange? You can also look at exchange websites like Changelly.
