Thank you for your interest in the project! We have been working on the device for 1.5 years. Honestly speaking, we’ve been facing many technical and logical challenges, and we are still working on them. The first difficulty is the elementary change of the magnetic polarity. There are two modes on the device: 1-information received and 2-no information. In one mode the elements are attracted to each other due to their own magnetic field. To display the information received from the user, polarity of some elements on the device should be changed, which allows them repelling each other. As we all remember, the Braille script is a relief presentation of the information on a flat surface. While repelling each other on the flat surface of the device, the elements form the relief values. However, this is not the biggest challenge. Logical position of the elements on the flat surface - here the challenge is not the logic only, but also availability of the static and dynamic values. Note! Each device will be individualized, and it will be impossible to change data for the new owner’s details.

We cannot tell you too much, since there are patented solutions in the design. Unfortunately, in one year and a half we have still not finished the device. However, the main principles are ready. We did not publish any announcements or information about the device. The development will be announced after the prototype completion and release. We can say with confidence that the device will be developed and released!

It will work on the principle of a social network. The blind community has devices designed for perception of the outside world, most of them are meant for private use. WGStick is a mass use device, which allows people communicating not only with each other, but with the whole world, too. This social network will unify the whole community. A blind person is mostly limited to a social circle comprising no more than 10 to 20 people. The social network will allow expanding the social circle of that community.

The device is in the process of its prototyping. The main principles of the device operation are developed, but not all of them. There is still a lot of work to be done before the first sample release. Apart from the device release and testing, many systems must be integrated. I don't clearly get it how this WG stick will work on a blind man but i like it and it will be more helpful for the blind feels like they have an eye for this. I have only a suggestion if you can add the main idea or to be easy for us to see how it works even it was all a design from now.

Currently, your minimum purchase quantity of 200 ETH is too high. I don't even have 1 ETH on my wallet so that must be the case of the many people here. I think lowering your minimum even having no minimum purchase at all will be beneficial to your project especially with not additional information on what you have developed so far.
