Blockchain.info wallet is nice but sometimes it seem to have some problems. Sometimes we can't send btc although we have balance and the exchange between btc to eth doesn't seem to work and sometimes the 2FA doesn't appear in email....anyway i am unaware of the problem you mentioned.

But the site seems to be down for maintenance just now, hope it'll get back soon.

Still i like Blockchain.info Smiley

Dont panic dude there are really times that blockchain do really have these kind of problems and usually they do have maintenance when it do happens. I did experience the thing on having a frozen display and not even showing balance.I have tried up to refresh but yet it is still the same because i do presume its just an error or whatsoever glitch on the system but it didnt disappear which means i it something wrong on the site itself. They are really good wallet and been used for hundreds of thousand or even million bitcoin users.

Want to ask if you still experience this at the current time. People might be right, there are some time that Blockchain.info have maintenance but never heard from them, all I can see is they are just fully loaded from the traffic they received from their wallets and also from their explorer. So I will suggest that wait, be patient and try again.

EDIT: You can try to go to their social media accounts that there is something wrong with their side so your funds there are safe.

It does happen sometimes, when there is an outage somewhere.

Seems like an issue that has already been identified by blockchain.info team and they're working to solve that as soon as possible. There is really nothing to worry about since you hold your own recovery phrase that can be imported elsewhere.

Just be patient, I mean they've been around for ages and there is really no way for them to freeze your funds.
