Well coin detecting... Is there a difference between a metal detector and a coin detector? I though "metal detecting" was the general term used?

In 2009, I bought a metal detector ACE-250. Went searching for something interesting in the forest and near the river. As a result, I found a spoon made of stainless steel and a door handle. The device constantly reacts to foil from cigarette packs, this makes it difficult to work.
