I think the 1000 coins are too small for the collateral. I suggest at least 5000 coins. In this way, the price of the money will be promoted and the enthusiasm of everyone is mobilized.

1000 HPP can be affordable for the time being, but in a couple of months with high difficulty it will be hard to get 1K HPP.
for people who can afford 5000 HPP they can invest in a Full Masternode.
