We need to talk about POWR... I assume it's got everbodys attention since it's THE altcoin/token with the most in your face real world connection (maybe apart from XRP & BTC). They signed deals with one of the biggest energy companies in Australia. They're heading for India for the same reason. The price went moon & beyond (ok, it will correct a bit for sure). What do you think will be next? $1? $10? Will it affect other projects in the same interest field like SNC? (which is doing fine too btw) Is energy/solar-power/grid the next (first?) real world adoption of blockchain technology? (apart from being able to pay for pizza with BTC)

Wow, what is this one. When was their ICO? I see it already had a lot of price movement. Looks real good for the future.

I would say ,price should be quite stable from now.Maybe a bit dump as well. This coin made x3 for around 7 days, even with btc price rise.Next price jump i assume will be before annoucement of who will get to semi finals,on contest.Next stage of contest was in december i think.

It is not a new concept by the way, lots of countries are already running similar models with good track record. Maybe they should stick to Australia first but this idea of branching out to India isn't very wise in my opinion. India has a lot of problems, and diverting more attention to this takes away attention from the core issues than need to fundamentally change before they even talk about this kind of future tech.

This was a good pick from pbc... I think it didn´t pump as much as other picks, probably because many people knew (me 2) it was the NOV choice. It moved from 0.2 to 0.4 24h before the report.... but standing belor 1$ now is still cheap:
Supply: 2,779,530,283 - 0.97$ <--- IOTA Supply: 349,150,208 - 0.63$ <--- POWR
It can go to safely 1.5$ in the middle term.. it seems to be a working product and it´s viable to think in some adoption not far from now... IOTA, or WALTON still sound 2 SCI-FI to get adoption anytime soon, still they are much more pricey

Is the price out yet? Or is it risky to get levels? I see news that there will be more on each side.

"2SCIFI to get adoption" is an excellent entry point. I'm in IOTA for the long term. Don't forget: POWR has got peoples attention now but a lot will think: too much hype, waiting for the dip...What's the next best thing? Next move is buying SNC. We've seen it today and it will continue. SNC is already 16% up.

I think it's a little too late to get it. But it is not known yet. It's a risky period.

It's overbought no question.
While I do think it has a good future, now is time to take your profits.

I don't see what problem a crypto solves in energy distribution, there are technical hardware issues more pressing, and simple metering solves who produced and owes what. You cant attach a crypto to a kWh and ensure its delivered to a specific recipient.

True but at what price do you get in again? That's the real question. My bet? 0.4-0.5. I'm not making the same mistake I made so many times by selling for 3x ICO and then cry two years later when it hits 100-1000x ICO. Always hold some...

Do you have a lot of individuals owning solar power in your country? In my country we do. Buying this energy is very centralised and could become decentralised. Not talking about grid and transport costs but the energy itself. The amount of solar power needed, distributed and consumed will be gigantic in the next years (especially when electric cars become standard). It's not that farfetched to state that blockchain technology will play its role in a market where almost everybody is producer and consumer at the same time and on various locations. It seems to me as an analog transition from centralised telephone/electricity production and distribution (gov. owned) to private companies doing the same as we saw in the 80's and 90's. Back then probably a lot of people would use the same argument: I don't see the benefits from privatising the electricity as it is completely centralised.

POWR is one best coin and they have big support by australian goverment too. Hier is news about it ; https://www.coindesk.com/australian-government-grants-8-million-for-blockchain-energy-pilot/ If im not wrong ICO price was 8c currently price is 60c . I think its still so cheap. can reach 2$ or even more cuz its a blockchain system touch real life and one of big Country support it officially !! DO NOT sell and HODL . Gain is big , now its just begininng .

I see there is a big pump in Bittrex, I suggest do not enter when the price is very high. waiting at the base price, there will definitely be a big dump. Do arbit if it is possible.

$1 first dont need to be hurry. I read somewhere millionare from india buying much powr. Maybe because he want to use it for building his business in india. Powr is electricity market place and i really like the concept. The first electricity market place using blockchain. $10 maybe but not in short term.

I agree with you. The price is too high to jump in.

I think I'll wait 7 days and see what changes have happened to the price. I almost bought during ICO but forgot after debating about it, so missed out there. I think it still has some legs yet, but it's 50/50 as to whether it'll continue rising, or dump first.
