Thanks for the reply.  However I am still having some issues. If you see the below image, i have generated coins 2 times by staking, however when I move my mouse over 'Mined' a small popup windows says Generated but not accepted.

What does this mean??

It is an orphaned block it means you mined it at the same time as someone else. You dont receive the reward, but your weight grows.

this happened both times it seems since it says that on both entries.  so these just do not count at all?  thats a lil frustrating...

Don't worry. When you succeed in staking that, it will be higher amount. You will get higher rewards the next time the staking is confirmed. So there's nothing loss, not even time is wasted. All is well. It happens to everyone in their wallets. It is normal. So no worries.

Do repair wallet and close ur wallet and resync chain from start ....

And wait for it to completly sync ...incase if it goes out of sync dont panic ...just wait for some time it will be back to latest block

Those are orphans blocks..But nothing to worry ..

The coins which were matured to hiy stakes wont get lost ..

Till u get the next stake ur coin weight keeps increasing ...

So what is the difference on the wallet between Total Minted vs Total Available? I saw all coins that were staked in the old wallet count towards my overall available balance but since I have upgraded to the new wallet I see it split between the two?

This happened to me also with 3 stakes in a row not being counted, but after that i have hit a really big stake for my amount( 28 $Monk) .
So there is nothing to worry about, you will receive your rewards

Monkey chart is veeeery nice guys! It's showing a very interesting stability in this depressed market. Even bigger and "safer" projects dipped a lot more during market crash!
