I think you need to speak directly to the owners of these exchanges. But they take a lot of money for adding the token

Most of the bigger sites cost $$$$ to list. It's 5 BTC for Bittrex, apparently part of this is security checks and related costs.
Depends if your coin meets Bittrex requirements whether its worth it. Out of those, binance is your best bet.
