Dear users, we have some great news for your about our recent site developments.

1) Crypto-trade will soon change its tld from .com to .is (iceland) .The decision was taken as a prevention measure considering the domain seizures of big companies like Libertyreserve and many more using .com tld. After the new .is tld becomes active, all the .com domain requests will be redirected to .is

2) We have recently added OKPay as a payment option which will enable us to deal more efficiently with fiat currencies giving thus increasing our trading volumes as well. Fees to deposit using OKpay are setup to 1%

3) We have released API v1 as well to automate various trading functions such as trade, cancel orders, get trades history etc.You can find more by visiting our API documentation page : https://crypto-trade.com/api/documentation

4) All crypto-currency withdrawals are instant now.

More evolution are coming in the next weeks.

Regards, Neotrix

Just wanted to ask you a question. It's widely known that OkPay recently banned all transactions to/from bitcoin exchanges. According to their website:

Quote
Any financial transactions involving exchangers and stock exchanges trading bitcoin are now prohibited. We rely on receiving payments in bitcoin in favor of verified OKPAY merchants leading a legitimate business which passed appropriate legality and AML checks.

https://www.okpay.com/en/company/news/bitcoin-okpay-terms-of-use.html

So how come your site is allowed to use OkPay? Is it really working?

Thanks in advance.

Nobody is stating the withdraw fees. Not even on their website.

I'd like to see EGOpay added at least for withdrawals, since lately OKpay seems having problems especially with BTC-related payments.

DO NOT USE OKPAY!

I deposited £5k with OKPay 11th Jan 2014 and it is still not showing in my account. Customer support tickets are unanswered and it looks like they closed their forum down - there is no OKPay customer service number listed. I did call Mayzus Financial Services on the London number from their website (+44 (0) 208 956 2251) - this went to an answer machine but I pressed '0' and got an operator who did put me through to a human. She said I must email OKPay (presumably she meant via support ticket as there is no email address) but I pressed her and she said she would go talk to them! Shortly after I got a response to one of my support tickets, but only to say, again, that payment had not been received. I am going to ring them again on Monday, but I doubt if anything positive will happen. My bank have also offered to speak to them directly so I may try that also. If all else fails I am going to go up to London and pay them a visit and if THAT yields nothing I will involve the FSA and the police.
