In case you don't know you are asking for almost 3500$ loan and lender need something that will get 3500$ in case you can't pay back (thats called collateral)

what is your collateral? you are already in red, and a newbie here - you may try asking for smaller loans with some collateral?

Do you have any alt coins or some other physical goods for that?
