From PayPal to BTC

I'm on a mission that seems impossible. I need to tranforms my paypal account balance into BTC. Taking out money is not an option, I live in Brazil and the exchange rate on paypal is horrible.

What would be the best solution? I'm thinking of using payoneer I saw somewhere that might work, but it looks like the rates are going to be very large when buying BTC with their card.

One more doubt:
Which virtual wallet would I have the most facility in buying BTC with good rates?

Try out https://localbitcoins.com ; been using it for months without any problems, as long as you choose the right people to buy/sell. Always make it a habit of checking their reputation first before transacting.

for a wallet I use blockchain, I think is one of the first if not the first btc wallet, but if you want to keep other coins to, except ethereum and bitcoin i recomand others(i also use cryptonator). if you want to exchange the paypal money to cryptocurency, you could use exchangers sites, there are a lot on the internet but they have fees, or you could look for persons that are interested in doing it for smaller fees or maybe without fees(only those the site takes)

Just to make you aware  as per Paypal it is actually illegal to buy other currency using paypal. So incase there is any dispute paypal will not help and the buyer can just scam you.

I got scammed using paypal and when I disputed the payment paypal said " your transaction is not supported. case closed"
