For a NRI, what are the options for Crypto Investment and Transactions?
Can they be anonymous(without PAN or AADHAAR)? Or are government regulations present to prevent anonymous transactions.

Bro I would suggest to trade only from your current location.
Digital assets does not have any impact on the country restrictions.
Many exchanges are accepting Upto 2.5 BTC with out verification.
