Issue with www.changelly.com

Hi

I used www.changelly.com to exchange 1BTC to BTG.
I sent my BTC to that site and the transaction has been running for more than 3 hours now.
Now my BTC wallet is empty. The xchange rate offered when placing the transaction was 53.8 BTG. Now it has fallen down to 40.46BTG

I contacted the support but they have not responded yet.

4 Hours now and still not done. This is ridiculous.

Couls someone please suggest/help. The transaction is still not over and I have not received my coins.
I am starting to get worried a lot. Its more than US$8000 and I need help.

The exchange rate you saw when you placed your transaction was just an estimation. It's not the fixed value that you'll get because it was based on the trading platforms' rates. Coin prices flactuate any time and changes in trading sites rate will cause a change in changelly too. If it turns out the other way, you'll get a higher no.of btg compared to the rate you saw before making the transaction. To better understand, you might want to check changelly's FAQ : https://changelly.com/faq#how-does-changelly-work BUT if it dropped so much regardless of the high exchange rate in exchanges, that's a problem

About your transaction still being processed, maybe there is a coin update? When I checked changelly and searched for BTC-BTG pair, it's not there.https://changelly.com/faq#why-transaction-long  Just wait for the respond of the support.

Thanks for the response. Changelly recently added BTC to BTG transfer. It has been listed on the BTG website too at https://bitcoingold.org/

I am hoping Changelly will respond soon.

I think changelly is doing its good for customer's satisfaction, i usually exchange through changelly and it is really super.
But i think there is the bot in background because sometimes i have noticed that it takes too much time to send payment even after confirmation is complete.
Is it that your bot seeks for the opportunity of higher value so that you would be benefitted?

For me it was a luck, as I changed to BCH, that it is calculated, when money arrives. Didn't know that, but although would prefer a fixed price, during exchange. What I don't understand: Exchanged BTC to Gulden on changelly, but couldn't exchange back because of doubled exchange mnimum of Gulden.
