Ledger Nano S has had it for a few days now, I've already split and transferred the BTG. I think Ledger people were a little faster this time... However, I've read that the older Ledger Nano (not S) still does not support it and they're not even sure if it will (too old. Too bad for the early adopters, but you gotta advance with the times. You can'r really expect old hardware to support new technologies).
I am still at Ledger HW.1 and I am happy what it does at core , storing my real bitcoins for longer term and I don't really care about another altcoin which is just what BTG is. Anyway that's good that Ledger and Trezor offered a tool for it because there are people who like to try new coins or to have them for free. Personally I only care about bitcoin.
