It is the only major coin that explicitly states that it has no rights, functionality or features (and may never be redeemable for something of value).
Do they even have a whitepaper out yet?

It has 1 year long ICO. Isn't that enough difference from other coins to discourage you to ever touch it? I will never be able to understand the business logic behind 1-year long ICO.
