This ia a good idea. Some people focuses too much on coming up a new idea or a project development for the improvement of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrencies that they tend to forget that we can utilize existing apps like telegram.

I am actually part of the other groups in real estate investment and had not thought of this idea. Good job and happy trading to those who will join the group!

Indeed, it's a good idea since people can trade easily, looking for buyers or sellers.
One thing to note; do not send anything without escrow service, so there's no one will be loss.
It's better if you can find a local group in your country, which mean people in this group could transact using fiat currency as well.

Will it be safe to do? do you provide escrow to transact?
I personally do not believe it will be safe, preferably trading it on a large existing exchange platform. Unless you want to trade tokens there, but the most important thing is to be careful.
