Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Why not use it as a PC? Except for the Ram its a gaming rig.

I have a 2nd PC with 1 5850 that I use for all my editing stuff (stopped playing games). I'll give preference to bitcoin community members first, just because bitcoin rocks!

i'd be willing to buy just the 5850s if the price is reasonable (i don't need a whole tower much less to pay to ship it)
