What is Flater?

Flater is a mobile app already available in London (Beta for Android and Ios), Flater aims to incorporate the newest technologies to revolutionize the renting industry.





What is new with Flater ?

Flater is fun, as it's based on Tinder environment to find a Flatmate or a property to rent.
Currently, the most advanced feature is the use of deep language analysis, which allow Flater to "read" and "understand" user's descriptions and make them match accordingly.



A Quick example to better understand ?

Let say an user is looking for joining a flat-sharing and write a description:
 "I like Netflix and cooking",
an another user is looking for a new roommate to joint him and write:
 "Looking for someone who like watching movies and good food".

Flater analyse the users's description and conclude there is 97.2% of matching probability and sort profile accordingly.

It works the same way for people looking for a property to rent and landlord advertising their properties.



Ok but what is the link with blockchain ?

This is the feature we are currently working on, hence we can't reveal all the details, but of course the use of smart contract will help to secure deposit, automatically pay the rent. We also aims to add a decentralized arbitration feature helping to resolve conflicts between landlords and tenants.

Do you have a website ?

Yes but not the one for ICO yet, www.flater.uk and you should also be able to find the beta of our app on Apple store and Android.

The team is currently working hard on the Bounty, whitepaper, pre-ico and a proper website for the ICO ....

This is not the ICO website, Flater is all about a smartphone app (for the moment), please feel free to download the app,  which already exists.
Regarding the website it's just there to describe the project not for ICO purpose but as a support to explain the concept to users and hence doesn't need to be really advanced as it will be for our ICO website.

For example, Bloomberg Professional use Worldpress website, and it's a well known company..

Flater is a registered company in the UK for 2 Years, the app has been launched in Beta in August 2017, we keep working on developing the app as we released a new version yesterday.

We already invested tens of thousands $ of our own money in the company, and i'm sure we'll have no issue showing we are a legit company.

Hello,  
I’m the founder of a company specialised in flat sharing and property to rent.  
The company is based in the UK but can easily be extended to other countries or worldwide.  Currently the company has nothing to do with blockchain but is ICO-ready and a perfect opportunity for investors wishing to launch their ICO.
