Attaining master degree is very important to some people because having a master degree you can easily get a good job and you are open to many career doirs including certain career fields,advance oppurtunities and often benefits from higher pay and increases job responsibilities.

More and more jobs are at the moment require Masters Degree for the person to get the job. Having a Masters Degree ensures that the person has a better salary than someone with just a Bachelor's degree.

If you want a higher position you must have a master degree. Like example my partner she want to have a higher position in here organization where she work, thats why she took and finish her master degree, right now she already have that position that she wants.

The truth is that it is not important as the people think. It actually is just a piece of paper that we horribly need in orded to get anything of life and to work atleast properly. Although there is enough examples that we can make it out without degree it also gives us security that if we fail we always  have something to prove ourselfes.

That was the case earlier. But with most of the jobs concentrating to the IT and services sectors, the masters degree has lost its charm. Nowadays, anyone with a Bachelor's degree stands to have as much chance as someone with a Master's degree in getting the jobs. Everything depends on the additional skills, such as coding and programming.

Lol.. if everyone in the world is having a Master's degree, then who will do the blue collar jobs and the low-paying white collar jobs? Typically, 10% to 20% of the adults will be having a Masters or higher qualification in a developed country. That is the optimal number. If the percentage increases, then it will cause problems for the economy and for the job market.

In reality it doesn't ensure anything. I have a masters myself and it has never helped me to get a job. There are things that matter when you're looking for a job and from my experience those are (in order of importance):
1. Knowing people, being recommended by someone.
2. Having experience
3. Being a smart and witty person, a smooth talker with a lot of charisma.
4. Education

I can assure you that a person with experience and recommendation will always get the job before a smart, better educated freshman.

The main thing is not a master or a specialist, but a document about full higher education this time, and the second one in the head. Then, on the idea and problems with the work will not, but this is not a fact.

Someone with a Master's degree living in poverty? Really? I haven't seen any cases like that. Even here in India, you will easily get job if you have a Master's degree. It is another thing if the job is a low paying one. But even then, you will not be living in poverty and at least you can claim yourself as a part of the lower middle class.
