I'm wanting to send my ethereum to a site, sell it, and send it to a wallet with a very low fee rate. Any ideas on a good site to do this?

Bittrex is probably the visually best website you can do it. Bitfinex is fine. There are some other regulated markets like gdax that you can still use. I personally prefer regulated markets.

Exchanges - Bittrex, Bitfinex

I do use one that does not require sending ETH to exchanges. This minimizes fees to be paid.
Changelly - https://changelly.com/

Should help. Or use Shapeshift.io

Do not trust any shady place someone would recommend you, moreover if it is just recently established. The only thing you should go for is Bittrex and Poloniex. Both are very renowned altcoins exchanges with a very easy procedure to open an account. If you have great amounts, I suggest you Bittrex, where for no verification at all you can withdraw 4BTC a day where Poloniex is limited to a ridiculously low 2000$ a day.
