I dont think it will reach $1000 by January. However, with the current market cap growth I truly believe all top 10 alt-coins will reach 2x their value during 2018
When i check coinmarketcap i always look for cheap and undervalued tokens in order to add it to my assets. Top 10 is already top 10  We need something has potential that gonna to replace on of that mentioned coins |

Sure Dash may reach 1k$ or even 1.5k$ in a few months. but honestly, there is no way top 10 alt coins could bring huge profits ( understand x10, x100 ). no one can imagine marketcap of ethereum going to 300 billion$ or dash going to 40 billion$ anytime soon. on the other hand, there are a lot of coins which could climb from 100M to 1B at least one time during their "operating-life". dash would have been a marvelous coin to invest in, one year ago though, with a x50 return... but i'm too late ! |

I think Dash is awesome coin but with current weird situation of crypto markets I don't think it will reach $1000. Bitcoin correction will hit and all altcoins including Dash will be affected in a day.

Will soon, it will certainly go up to 600usd and 2000usd in early 2019 |

most of the coins right now are higher compare before during first quarter of the month. Dash has a chance to increase by 1k$ but I doubt it will be on January.

Dash is one of the only other older coins that can follow btc, do not have hope for the majority of others.
In short my opinion is that Dash is a very good buy.

Dash is getting closer to this goal every day. There is no doubt that in 2018, even if it is not in January, it will exceed 1000 dollars. This will happen soon.

From the look of hype, yes it seems so. I wouldn't buy from $600 just because it could go to $1000 though. It's a high risk at this level. I prefer to stay away and watch out from far away. I don't like to gamble, I wouldn't buy anything from ATH price levels.

Dash is also supported by new services like wirex, that make it very useful in the real world
and they are making big movements in the marketing
Dash can go very far on the price, and i am not even invested in it damn :[

Wise words, it's often a bad idea to buy at a new ATH as a dump/correction is incoming. Really I can't see 1k being breached this year, perhaps some time in 2018 but it definitely will need a period of stability before. |

Dash transactions are getting cheaper, soo with that said i do believe its one of the main reasons of the price up, if we consider crypto are getting traded worldwide, and a lot people looking into good coins with low fees, soo they can maximize their earnings, thats why i do believe the future we will see dags taking control of crypto world and moove forward.

For the long time, I'm sure dash will be one of the best dominating ones in the market. |
