Regarding BTC Deposit :
Why we have to send email of Txid once we make deposit ? Why not automated by system
Can we withdraw BTC deposit during ICO ?

Dear admins, your site works slowly. When I go to your site, the time for loading a page takes enough time. I also tried to download the whitepaper. The download speed was 100-150KB/s. Check it please. Also I wanna say that your 13 pages whitepaper takes 28MB of storage. That's too much. Fix it please.

I am having the same issue. I payed 0.02266 BTC to my BTC Wallet on your website in hopes that I could use it on the ICO launch. I sent in one payment that was 0.0005 less then the desired amount because if fees that were charged. So I send in the remaining .0005 BTC to the same address. I've been waiting a few hours now and still pending. I contacted your email with no results. The website I send my Bitcoin from said "Completed" for both transactions. Please help! Would like to get into for launch of the ICO Username: SeanSell No: R36P2T122F36 Type: Wallet BTC Balance 2 transactions to same address: 0.02216016 0.00066483 Both transaction had fees. The Fees through off the first amount so it came up short. Then had to add $5+ that was removed for the first payment in taxes. Seanie50@yahoo.com |

Your website is extremely slow, few hours to the ICO and all this challenges seems to make it look not encouraging.
If I had to transfer Bitcoin now, If I successfully login, which i'm not sure of how long that would be, I have been struggling to login for several minutes now. Are you guys fixing this at all, or Is the coin meant to be sold for some set of persons only, and incase I was able to login, If I couldnt purchase coin, how long will it take me to withdraw my money back? thank you.

Two hours ago I sent BTC to the wallet that you indicated to me. As you can see, the shipment has been confirmed, but I do not see the BTCs in my riseconnect wallet.
What happens?
