This is not right..first time the site kept saying server busy..and I missed to buy...also today kept having some errors and page was not loading till you announced that its completed and I was able to open the site...I think I need back my Btc please..maybe its a trick you want to sell your coin for $1.45 and that is not what pre ICO mean to me...I supposed to buy 39 coins it dropped to 17 also failed so what am I going to buy next time? Congratulations to the user 87yuy87gyug the only one that has been authorized by Riseconnect to buy the ico from the beginning, leaving the rest of those interested in investing without any opportunity to buy with the excuse of problems with the server.

Many have had the same message and the response of the site has always been vague giving the problem to the servers and the number of users (Ohh only one 87yuy87gyug that I think they are themselves).

I have sent the similar Email to payment@riseconnect.io with the same complaint, & Thank you to #dautusohoatalk for pointing out the problem. I noticed the same thing.  Riseconnect only two (2) Riseconnect Deposit Addresses:

I deposited my BTC to the 1st address (3Jb2gS8b6iQj3bPtGHx8theGD5ianrY7co) on 12/10/2017 before the ICO, the transaction had been confirmed more than 6+; but to this day 12/18/2017, not only I can not buy the tokens @ the ICO, my BTC still has not been credited in my Wallet inside my Riseconnect account.  In the "Wallet BTC Balance" page, it still says the word "Pending" even when the transaction has been confirmed for more than a week now.  The worst part is that now in the "Payment Invoice" page, it is still pending; but it is showing a different Deposit Address (31rLvsggt3oSaeJ4Z3XeLjdMwQV7HG4jhM).

This "Bait-and-Switch" scam is my biggest problem with Riseconnet's BTC deposit webpage.  As everyone can see, Riseconnect is very deceiving when Riseconnect is making their clients think that the client may have sent the BTC to the wrong BTC address.

I don't know why Riseconnect is denying that it only has two (2) Deposit Addresses.  It is the fact and it was recorded by one Youtuber in his promotion video for Risconnect as he shows that he is depositing his BTC into the 1st address (3Jb2gS8b6iQj3bPtGHx8theGD5ianrY7co) as everybody else on 12/8/2017.
