You will use escrow,but you have 100 rules to adhere to (which may make almost impossible to use escrow)
and you may be hoping some newbie to fall for your scam !

Don't waste your time, after I refused to send first last night he went offline, I am sure this is a scam so be careful.

How they went first and OP is so real  and sent them btc.."ohh is so legit" kind of posts,to lure some noobs

We've seen all these scam attempt before. Letting you send BTC the first is the scariest part.

If he really need the money so much, why not just go to the exchange for USD and then wire it to his account. There ain't going to be a hassle for this method unlike dealing with online people.

Learn those kids what escrow is.
If they refuse one, tag them.
