depending on the rules. which is clear, if the rank up while following the signcamp immediately report to the bounty manager, can post directly on the bounty thread or PM bounty manager.
for the rewards earned will be adjusted to the latest rank if it is according to the rules.

maybe if your signature campaign provider agree your appeal, your rewards will be increased, try to contact them immediately.
