Starting a new currency / coin / ICO - looking for coders

I am looking forward to create a new cryptocurrency / coin and I am looking for some help.
A ICO is planned in the future.

We would need to have a fixed amount of coins at the start so we can give those out to investors.
Web wallet would be nice.
We are planning to get listed on exchange and trading websites like bittrex after we launched.

It may not be sensible to pay money for a remote worker. I think the software guy should work with you and trust him. Because all your plans can ruin a malicious software developer.
