Hey. Does anyone have an easy to follow guide, for setting up a pool? A generic guide, that could be applied to any coin?

well, when you set up a coin pool, you have to make sure you don't go off the deep end. i'm not sure how good your coin will be able to swim.

So, no, you don't have a guide?

one can find everything necessary to setting up a stratum mining pool by visting bitcoinmining.cz, or by googling "slush's pool sourcecode"

You might ask the question over in the "Pool" forum.  Someone may have advice there.
