How to while away time....

When you're home alone and need to while away time what could be done?
I figured out that boredom leads to depression.

Find a movie and watch it. Get a good book. Computer games? - great time killer. Call your friends (never done it myself however). The internet is your friend - surf it.

It seems that today there is no particular problem than to take free time, there are many entertainments, just play with a friend in backgammon, and you will not notice how the time will fly.

Games, movies, sleep, eat. Do something you do in a daily basis. for me I watch movies, tons of them in a day.

Easiest and most efficient way to waste time is the TV and internet. TV you can binge watch a bunch of crappy shows on Netflix because they make a million a year and internet well its a rabbit hole and you could be on the weirdest website by the day end if you are not careful .

When I'm bored. What I do is hold my phone play some games to past time. If not I lift some weights and do some exercise. Or I go out of the house go to mall walk and do some window shopping.
