One of my friends faced the same problem with another exchange and it was resolved by their support. contact binance customer support that is the only option to get back into your account now.
And pls write down your 2fa key or take the screenshot of QR code next time you enable 2fa.

You should contact with support. with all of your information.they will fixed all of your problem. please contact with support as soon as possible. And follow their instructions.

try to contact with them from support. they will ask you to send them passport size photo, passport scan copy and your selfie.if all thing is right then they will disable your 2Fa authenticator within 24 hours.Thanks

how does this happen if your mobile is lost?
you can install the app on another PC and simply provide a security code.

You should contact their support. Is one of the best out there. You could contact using the email that you have use to subscribe. or you could go to their telegram. Or you could contact their twitter. They will answer you in less then 24hours.

Send email to their support.
They might ask you to prove that you actually own that account and you have really forgot to save your 2FA code.
They might be able to reset your 2FA code if they think your request is genuine.
