Just have read that Jonathan Bertrand, Canadian business man, has converted the warehouse near Montreal into a full-fledged farm, where 50 ASIC systems for cryptocurrency mining are installed. China has already shown its interest in it.

Does it mean that Quebec with its cheap electricity will be new world centre of mining?

China is the world center of mining and then Estonia is coming as electricity is really cheap in Estonia.
But if the given price is true for quebec then its not cheap for me.

And in Russia there is Siberia. There are regions with an eternal mess. There in general, the problem with cooling can be easily solved and there are many hydroelectric power stations.
