its very easy to use it actually. you have to log in with your public and private keys. then choose the which token you want to deal.

Etherdelta exchange is easy to use , you just need to import your ether account and all is set. Just be careful with the phising link, check always the website you are visiting. Better to bookmark the legit one.

After you import your private keys to ether delta don't forget to setup your gas limit on etherdelta.
Its important cause your token transfers will not get confirmed on network if you don't setup your gas limit on ether delta.

Yes, I firstly use etherdelta from other exchangers, and found it is confusing too, but once you know it then it is pretty easy. As above suggested, you better watch some tutorial on youtube, this is what I did before.
