Core developer BTCDrak is one of the people behind Halong Mining. Their first product will be a new ASIC launched next year.

It's been endorsed and viewed working by Adam Back and the CEO of Slushpool.

I have proposed them with doing a thorough review here at the forum.

I know of 2 other companies that will be releaseing info on their new miners in January. Let the mining arms race begin!

Producing miners from scratch takes around 4 months including manufacturing the silicon chips. We are taking preorders for the next generation miner for delivery starting in March 2018.

Delivery times are estimates. Manufacturing has certain margins of error which are outside of our control. We will keep you informed about projected delivery dates. Orders will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis as equipment comes off the production line.

Bitmain's monopoly on bitcoin miners will come to an end if this is legit.

Looking at the specs its not a big leap away from the antminer s9 but still, its has a higher hashrate, and supposedly cooler and more power efficient.

Based on advertised specs tho, isn't the antminer still more power efficient?
