Hi, thanks for your question.

Yeh we will charge our fee after a successful transaction. For a property sale we are expecting to charge a fixed £500 fee. That compared to Purple Bricks who charge £1000-£1500 upfront or others that charge a commission after the sale of between 1-2% in the UK and 10-15% in Australia & USA means that the seller is saving a lot of money. This is how it will begin but once the legal legislation has been changed in the UK to allow property transactions to be completed on the blockchain we will also save sellers money as we can completed all the legalities in house using smart contracts without the need to pass the sale to a third party conveyor and solicitor to complete.

Right now we have a beta version of our property portal 90% complete and scheduled for release on 7th December.

We don't have a soft cap as we are planning to release our property platform regardless of the amount raised though of course if we do manage to raise the amount we would like in the token sale then it will enable us to scale up and develop our platform much quicker.
