It is a high time that there needs to be a place to vet the initial ICO.

FOR ipo's in case of stocks there is thorough vetting and constant follow up process to avoid any scam. Unfortunately in  the crypto market there is no special way of vetting.

I lost recently in COnfido scam.(CFD).

How could you love many bitcoins in just a few days like that? If you share your experience maybe it will help to avoid repeating your mistakes.

I invested bitcoin worth of 3k usd in nexcoin after checking its genuinity on whois.com and also considering hype after hextracoin.But from 19th November i was not able to login and its website gone down and even twitter and telegram account is deleted
