I want to submit an opinion that every post ANN thread should request approval to the moderator or team forums, more ICOs that payments do not match the stake in the spreasheet, there is a friend of bounty hunter friends who agree my opinion, even I am ready to pay to the forum if this rule exists, what's wrong with paying taxes to the forums with a fee for following bounty, if all ICO pay according to the promised stake

Bitcointalk doesn't need any money, and they aren't exactly waiting for even more mod tasks.

The issue you just raised may even further confuse you as it obviously isn't your tuff. I know that adverts are paid for by the companies it ICOs putting up fliers here. So what tax are you talking about again?
