Hello,

We are opening a state of the art west coast facility for collocation services for Antminers and are accepting reservations for space beginning now.
This is not a data center - this is a colo to help with the problem of running 10 or more miners at high electrical expense.
Membership applications being accepted now. As a member you have privileges and responsibilities and you can mine with more hash power!
You own your equipment and must carry insurance and name the coop as additionally insured. its cheap..

Minimum 10 Antminers per account (so get your buddies together under one account)

For each block of 10 miners we provide
floor space 6' x 6'
wire rack
electricity - single phase 120v 20 amp circuit with 4 outlets and 240v electricity with 5 duplex outlet 10 amps each
building security
RJ45 Ethernet cable with internet connectivity to a provided 12 port switch using Meraki platform security, with warm backup, Stateful firewall, triple internet redundancy, Active Directory integration, Identity-based policies, Client VPN (IPsec)
3G / 4G failover via USB modem
remote access to monitor your machines
facility temperature control
security camera on each rack of your equipment and facility wide
we provide dollys and carts to move equipment into your area. moving and maintenance visits are appointment only
physical access to your equipment by appointment to setup and maintain from 9 am - 7 pm Mon - Sat
Community office space with electricity, Wi-Fi, chairs, coffee maker, refrigerator and printer for your use when visiting

what you provide
cabling & power cords
Antminer, PDUs (optional), and travel to our west coast location to setup your mining operation. you provide your own labor

Additional services at an extra charge
Antminer cleaning
manual reboot
trouble shooting

How much does it cost?

10 Antminer $1435 monthly
20 Antminer $2475 monthly
30 Antminer $3237 monthly
more than 30 Antminer please contact us

Move in fee is $900 for each 10 Antminer block or portion of a block to cover setup of member's space, account, etc.
no discounts given for partial blocks of 10 miners


Disclaimers:
1. We do not have back up power or uninterruptible power. If you want that fail-safe go to an expensive server colo
2. We do not guarantee the mining rewards you receive. How and where you mine your machines is up to you.
3. All fees are payable in $USD and are due 10 days in advance of the month.
4. If you want to pay by BTC or BCH add 5% to cover transaction fees and market volatility
5. If you are late paying fees, at 12:01 AM on the 1st day of the month you have not prepaid, the electricity is turned off at your rack(s)
6. When you pay your back fees plus a $100 restoration fee, electricity is restored
7. Members, with 30 days’ notice, can leave the coop and can remove their equipment Only if member's fees are paid in full.
8. We do not prorate fees for missed mining hours or days either due to non-payment of fees or power outages beyond our control
9. We are not liable for lost mining rewards for loss of mining hours or days for any reason
10. You maintain insurance on your equipment and name colo as additionally insured.
11. We are not responsible for power outages or occurrences that may cause equipment damage.
12. It is your responsibility to use PDUs to surge protect your equipment but not required
13. This is a coop and it is expected that all rack members behave themselves or they will be ejected from the coop

If you can't evne afford to buy a domain and setup a website, how can people trust this.

Hi, I will update with photos next month as we build out. Which items are you referring to as questionable?

We are alerting the community for folks who, like many, have ordered S9 machines for January delivery and are now learning that it is much more complicated to host in their home than they had imagined. Or for those who have begun home mining and discovered the electricity is too expensive or the noise too loud.

We have onsite power for 400 S9 antminers plus HVAC etc. Specifically we have 600 amps three phase 480v line to neutral onsite. We will add amperage as we build out further.
We have a complete set of plans and are acquiring the permit for the build, electrical, network and hvac

So as you can see we have a limited capacity for interested parties and I thought this forum would be a good place to open the announcement.
