You have not giving much details about what you bought. What is Cardona/Ada? Please do explain better.

It looks pretty good to me but the only concerning thing is the supply.

Just bought some after doing some research.

What do you think of its potential ?

Have you done some research on what it is exactly before the buy? Except it is #17 on CM?

Cardano is home to the Ada cryptocurrency, which can be used to send and receive digital funds. This digital cash represents the future of money, making possible fast, direct transfers that are guaranteed to be secure through the use of cryptography.

Cardano is more than just a cryptocurrency, however, it is a technological platform that will be capable of running financial applications currently used every day by individuals, organisations and governments all around the world. The platform is being constructed in layers, which gives the system the flexibility to be more easily maintained and allow for upgrades by way of soft forks. After the settlement layer that will run Ada is complete, a separate computing layer will be built to handle smart contracts, the digital legal agreements that will underpin future commerce and business. Cardano will also run decentralised applications, or dapps, services not controlled by any single party but instead operate on a blockchain.

Dude, why the attitude ?

I merely asked for thoughts on its potential. No need to analyse my research or mock it.

Agreed. No reason to be snarky.

Believe it or not, I think Cardano/Ada has what it takes to get up there with ethereum / bitcoin.

In 5-7 years I think an mcap of at least 500 billion is totally in the realm of possibility.

Now is the best time to accumulate because the masses aren't computer programmers and don't realize how important high assurance code is. I particularly like how Cardano scales by partitioning/sharding the network. If you want to transact with a smart contract on a different partition, there will need to be some sort of atomic swap mechanism. I think Cardano will be seen as the crypto that solves the decentralization-security-scalability trilemma.

I like cardano too. But I see it as +5 years investment. Not expecting it will gain much coming 6 months but might in 5-10 years maybe it'll become the decentralized lovechild of ripple and ethereum taking the world by storm.

Cardano has good team behind it, but my fear for most of the projects in this space is the marketing side of the project, most of them tend to forget this and focus only on th development side and this make the project to suffer

Cardano seems like a great product, but I don't really understand what the point of having such a huge supply is? I mean does anyone really need that much supply? lol

It's a blockchain platform that is why Billion supply has made for. I think developers will doing some research and working hard for it to resolve the other cryptocurrency.

I like cardano, it is a good project and i have seen a lot of possitive reviews about this coin.
Anyway, it has a lot of supply, and that is the only thing that i dont like about this coin, if needs to have more than billions of dollars on their marketcap in order to be more than $0.15 per token, and that is the only thing that is worrying me.
Far as i know Google has accepted them, or they agreed to work with the in a near future, i read this on the forum today and i was so impressed, not all the projects are able to have an interview with google.

Can you please explain why the supply matters? In my view, it's just a question of where you put the decimal place. Between, price, supply, and mcap, I only look at mcap when comparing cryptos since it is the product of price & supply.

Ok, sorry for pushing you. I didn't mean that.

Just...it hurts me when a lot of guys are going into crypto without any idea what is it and what are they investing in. They are not interested in project.

Investing in Cardano hardly. Every week I buy it for $100. Believe it will make me 3x at least.

You said that you made research first before buying so I guess you have already an idea what would be its progress for you. Unless you only focus on its data and status and not the entire project like its main purpose. Check again the list and its not on 17th position anymore, one step back though now.

Yes, I know that many people find Cardano a pretty stable cryptocurrency. However, I do not buy it as I simply do not see any dynamics of this altcoin. It seems to me its value is almost the same now as it was 2 months ago.

I'm very excited to see Cardano rally like this. I bought some at the beginning of Oct. I'll HODL this one for awhile.  Grin

ADA around position #6 on CM at the time of this post.

Bought a few on Bittrex. I guess it can't hurt to have some.
