Hi *,

as I am new to the forum: I am a web developer with a strong interest in http://opencoin.org, an electronic money system.

I played a bit around with bitcoins, bought some, sold some, and wanted to withdraw money from MtGox. This is now 3 weeks ago. I opened 2 tickets, last thing I heard was  "Stamp: 2011-06-21 17:xx:xx Status: processed". No money so far, and despite my further questions no respone from the support. I am getting worried that my 3 weeks of patience so far were a waste, and MtGox is not actually paying out at all. Any ideas what I could do? Experiences on your side?

Cheers,

  Joerg

BTW, thanks for the link to opencoin.org. Their document http://opencoin.org/Members/jhb/legal-report-published makes for a fascinating read.

Ah, as it turns out the funds were actually send on June 21st - just to another account then the one I remembered. Support never confirmed the address they sent the money to, thats why I might have missed it, but then its me not remembering that 'little' detail in the first place.

Anyhow, I am happy that things got sorted.
