Are Airdrops Profitable?

Hi everyone. I've tried participating in a couple of airdrops but haven't gotten any coins yet. For those of you who have, how do you go about making anything out of airdrops? Is it worthwhile or just the usual pump and dump?

Airdrops are amazing and some really can give a lot of income. Profitable is out of the question since these are free and you do not need any money to pay, so either way you could not lose even if the coins are dumped. Just be careful with the current airdrops that asks for donation though.

There are so many airdrop now and you can make profit from them if you choose a good project to join. I am joining in DeepOnion airdrop and it seems like a good project

Airdrops are profitable in the long run, not in the short term. The value of most airdrop is between $1 to $20 which is little but if you leave it in the long run, they could worth tangible amount of money. Though there are some airdrop that worth good money.

For me this is not really profitable, this is just a best way to start crypto so you will not be bored since the work is easy. It is still best to join bounties if you really want to earn some coins. However, there is still some good airdrop and based on experience this is about 5% only. I was able to get a good airdrop where I earn some ETH so it is luck for me.

I have also found this to be true. A very small percentage, like 5%, of all the airdrops I have participated in have been worthwhile. So I'm not sure that really justifies the time to bother finding the airdrops and filling out forms (and all the other silly requirements like joining telegram, following twitter, facebook, etc) in order for such a small chance of profit.

Airdrops are essentially marketing promotional tools, so you can not expect big profits from something that is given to you. But they cost little effort, and sometimes you can have big and pleasant surprises.

I usually follow Airdrop and get the token I want. Airdrop usually gives us a small coin because of its free gift. and I always get a token after following, so I've never been fooled.

yes airdrops are profitable because i my opinoin there are many peoples who search part time work for earn extra income the airdrops is very good work for those persons for with their jobs.

you may have received some free coins, without even knowing it. I mean until you check your wallet. Because some platforms did give away some tokens to the users holding some of their coins, just like that.

As for me airdrops are profitable especially for those beginners/ newbies which are unable to join in some bounties due to their rank level but some airdrops token has no value.

Mostly this year some airdrop are scams and hackers who want to steal. Unlike last year that so many profitable Airdrops. Well theres still some good airdrops here just need some time to find ones. Also easily join airdrop cus some of it are no value join airdrops thats have a nice goal and good team. Just read whitepaper

Nowadays, airdrops are almost non-profitable. In most cases airdrop is just a way of collecting e-mail base of potential crypto investors.

I can say, these days Airdrop event is useless. Not same as 2017.
Today, most of the airdrop using a referral link. And participant using their alternate account to get their Airdrop.

In my opinion some airdrops are good and some are such a waste of time, I said that because I've tried to join in lots of airdrop and all the coins or tokens that I collect has no value and I can't even exchange it in some coin exchanger site, all my coins and tokens that I received in airdrop are all display in my erc20 wallet.

You just need to know the progress of the project so you know that it can be profitable and very valuable to do and airdrop depends on their project but as far as I know, only a few Airdrops provide a decent income for the participants.

Most are waste of time and effort when it comes to airdrop, only few are real as far as my experience concern. For now I only choose the airdrop that I join because it is risky as well to just go on and click all the available links for airdrops.

Not all of them the most of them are big scams and some are the beginning of an amazing ICO i believe you cannot lose anything if you participate in one unless you put your private key in.
