What's the best solution atm/or to come to buy a 7.5 PH bitcoin mining farm ?  quality/price wise

bitmain ? bitfury ?

assuming you will pay about 536 S9 to have that compute power at bitmain , add the power supply, the ventilation and installation costs

it would be roughly between 1-1.2 mln dollar right ? is there better options than bitmain ?
