On December of 2017 MAGsistemas team launched a new Crypto-currency Exchange Site operated from Argentine:
Since 2019, the exchange is managed by Cripto Patagonia S.A.

The Offer

There are 50'000 PATS (ERC20 token), which originally represented the 40% of C-Patex business. As of 2019, Argentine regulations imposed requirements that made it very difficult to implement the token as a "security" and for this reason we have changed some definitions, but we keep the original spirit of the PATS intact.

Bonus

Begining on 1st of January 2018, 40% of the trading fees earned by the site we distributed monthly to PATS holders as a bonus. (The last day of each month, at 24 hs GMT, we check the ammount of PATS that each user have in account balance). Payments are credited in the BTC account of the user. Revenues of altcoins are calculated based on the average market price in the site.

To preserve the value of the PATS, in low volume months, the bonus consists of a fixed amount of satoshis per unit, so that the PATS always yield at least 10% APR.

All liquidations are onsite, in the exchange platform.

In the last three years we distributed more than 2 BTC to PATS holders

Trading PATS

Everyone can buy and sell PATS on the exchange, since January 2018. We are looking for reciprocal partnership with other exchanges to include PATS in other exchanges as we add other exchanges token in our platform.

Opportunity

PATS are an excellent investment opportunity. But as all investments, is a risky operation. The site has three years old, but it was growing slowly but steadily at a time when more than 40 exchanges closed. As site grows, earnings by trading fees will grow too.

Privacy and transparency

Since November 2020 we have suppressed the report that included the numbers of users of the holders, to guarantee even greater privacy. As we are in times of low volume, the bonuses are based on a fixed amount of satoshis, but as soon as the monthly volume exceeds 40 BTC, we will report the details of the operations in a transparent way.

Nope ... been using it for a year with no problems.  They do manually approve them I think though and could delay a little bit but not too much.  Any issues that I may have had I just provided the TX ID and it was fixed within 24 hrs.

New payments rules schedule:

 As we promised on Aug 20th, we maintain the payment of 225 satoshi for PATS until Jan 2021. Starting in Feb 2021, we will pay as a bonus at the end of the month, the average of PATS/BTC price divided by 120, to maintain a minimum APR of approximately 10% per year.

 But if the monthly volume of the exchange exceeds 45 BTC, then the BTC bonus per each PATS will be equal to the volume divided by 30 million.

 These changes are necessary to maintain benefits of PATS without affecting sustainability and regulatory compliance. Also we will simplify the reports to improve privacy of our investors.

 Although we have respected our commitments for three years, remember that every investment involves risk. Be wise when investing in cryptocurrencies and tokens.
