I was just wondering if the newbies here would be interested in a group-buy of a KnC Saturn, in and around Bangalore or Delhi? If yes, I will provide more details and setup everything. Also, it would be easy for me to have it shipped to somewhere in the EU and then shipped to India as a Gift, essentially cutting out all import duties. Post here if you're interested! Share rates will be comparable to what others are offering here...
The point in hosting it locally is that the electricity is cheap and you can personally visit me to see the rig mining Smiley

Cheers!

EDIT: I will escrow the amount with a trusted forum member, I WON'T take your money and run away.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Why are you only looking for newbies...?

Because they would usually invest a much smaller amount than all the others. As I said, I would be glad to meet in person and show them the miner, but I still haven't taken any payments. And well, if no one is up for it, that's alright Smiley I'm going to buy shares now!

An escrow would be fair enough for both you and me? Any possibility of scam there?

Because there is no proof. Don't trust anyone immediately, make sure to read the newbie rules as well.
