Why do the form's title is "LoyalCoin KYC Request"? What does this mean? The participants need to do KYC before they could get their bounties? What if some would be disqualified? Would the rewards be split and additional tokens for those who are eligible?

For the April 13 cutoff, the official time of the cutoff will be 12 Noon Manila time
