Poloniex - NuShares withdraw pending and pending

Hi,

I'm having an issue with Polo.

I have some NSR there, and they delisted it, as you may know. I know it's been a few month ago now, but I was just not avalaible for crypto trading by the time.

Now I want to withdraw my coins to Alcurex, who actually list NSR.

It has now been 3 weeks that I tried to withdraw it, after two days I wrote to Poloniex support. They said it's gonna take some time, cause they have to do it manually, or something like. I asked what they mean by 'some time' but never get an answer.

Status is pending for 3 weeks and more now

When I search on the internet, a lot of people seems to be stuck in the same thing...

What the hell are they doing ? Do I have any option ?

I think it's time to gather all dissatisfied customers and sue them! Why so make fun of people? Also waiting for an answer from the support for more than a month !!!
