Uhh... You actually submitted the claim, right? If you are still at the screen where you can add more info, you haven't submitted it.

Several posts on the gox forum (on gox itself) about this.  You're not the only one afaik.

Here is my status "Submitted 4 days ago Being processed". No emails or any communication.
