we can judge a good ICO from the roadmap and also its team, and now there are many ICO that led to a scam. so we should be more observant again when choosing a good ICO. that's my opinion.

It’s pretty much the same. There are so many ICOs starting and many of them look very promising but you need to check them and find the one who is giving you that feeling of “this sounds good”.

Chose the one who have real project, never felt to ICO that guarante you 100% profit quickly today so many ICOs but they just ponzi scheme ico and gonna take your money and leave you with an empty pocket

That is why I believe that the safest way to invest in an ico is to wait till the initial token distribution is over and the coin is listed on first exchanges. The price is usually still low, it might even get lowert than when coins were 'initially offered' and, if the exchange is not a total scam, even if you buy the coins and the price drops - you can still sell them and recover some of your invested money, which you won't be able to do if a coin never gets listed on any exchange.
