This is my story, most probably the story of a stupid guy, but always there is something to learn, if is too late for me maybe this will help other people to not make my mistake.

I made order #10466W  on bitmainmasters.com on 25 August 2017:

1  x Antminer D3
1 x Antminer S9
1 x Antminer L3+

You have on the next link the invoice which I paid : https://imgur.com/a/fk9Pn as you can see 7990 USD paid for these miners in August, i prefer to not discuss how much cost they now( this is another stupid of me)

You will ask, why you was so stupid to buy from bitmainmasters.com ? At that moment there was not any option to buy from BITMAIN.com so i look for alternatives.

From the beginning they look strange to me  and I asked for some proof of their company,  they sent me a paper with the company creation details and also they give me option to pay in their bank account at Bank of America. I considered that this is a good validation. This response was sent to me by Peter Finnegan ( Managing director of sales office ) here you have it :

Hi .....,
we understand your doubts however earlier we have provided you the registration number and number of the taxpayer. We don't hide that we the young company and quite recently work at this market.
In the attached file you can see registration confirmation of our company in the State of Florida.
You have to understand that we can't provide internal documents of the company to the client who didn't work with us earlier.
We can't be also sure that money of your company is received in the lawful way and that in awaking we will have no problems with your company from the federal authorities of the USA.
Your payment is coming to our bank account in Bank of America, that bank working with legal companies only. Our reputation is very important for us and we always fulfill liabilities to our clients.
If it for you not enough that to you is in that case better to look for other supplier.

Anyway, I paid the order around 8000 USD and they received the money, confirmed the payment and told me that can't activate the order because they received less 26 USD, so this difference i paid in with BITCOIN because was fast.

So after payment confirmation i sent 4 email to ask for term of delivery and final I received the next response :

Your order will be shipped between 25-30 September.
Thank's for your patience.

On 14 September 2017 i received the next email :

Hello ......,
Your order is in processing and will be shipped between October 1-5.
Thank you.

I asked for a reason and  surprise :

Dear .....

With regret we tell you that in the last party of Antminers malfunctions in operation of chips have been found. Therefore Antminers have been withdrawn on manufacturer for check and elimination of malfunctions. Now we expect a new batch of the equipment which has to arrive on our warehouse between November 15-20. Therefore your order will be delivered with express delivery within 10 days. Date of arrival of your order between November 20-30. We apologize for this delay and to compensate your expectations we provide you a discount of $200 for the following order. The coupon number on a discount will be corresponds to number of your order. For receiving a discount just specify number of the previous order in the form of new inquiry.
We very appreciate our customers, and the trust put in our company. We hope for further favorable cooperation with you.

I asked for a refund and reponse was next :

Dear ..... ,

Unfortunately we can't make refund because your order was sent to processing. You could read about this in the "payments" section on the goods page before placing an order and paying.We once again apologize for this delay, but you can be sure what your order will arrive with new batch.

In this stage i made a request to my bank account to contact their bank using the bank channel and refund my money, and the response from the BANK OF AMERICA to my bank was that they can't contact the client, contacts numbers are not valid.

I was decided to write this topic but i decided to give one more chance so i receive another therm :

Your order will be shipped between Nowember 20-30.

Few days ago i sent the email to ask when i will receive the products ant response was :

We expect a new batch of Antminers before December 20-30. Your order will be shipped between January 1-10. We once again apologize for this delay. For the compensation your inconvenience we will provide you a good discount in future orders.

So what do you think about this, i think https://www.bitmainmasters.com/ is total SCAM.

Please avoid to work with this guys https://www.bitmainmasters.com/, aslo when i looking on the web to check if they website is up i found one more website which make the same thing and have exactly the same pattern like https://www.bitmainmasters.com/ the website is : https://bitmain-alliance.com/

I believe https://www.bitmainmasters.com/ and https://bitmain-alliance.com/ is the same website or the same cheating schema.

Seems that they prepare another site continue this "work", finding stupids like me and take their money.

I removed from their emails my name because is private but I will offer all the details, conversation, proof of payments to the authorities.

There is just my mistake because i accept to work with this kind of guys but for you is not too late.

Not good idea to buy in alternatives sites you should buy hardware only in official website which is  bitmain.com if you buy in other website which is not handle by bitmain it so risky to deal to any website that honestly never heard about that site..
For alternative buying hardware i think amazon will be great alternative if you really wanted for safety and use paypal when buying..

I'm so sorry reading about what happened to you. It really sucks to see another company pretending to be legit and yo pay premium but didn't deliver what has been promised. But as what BitMaxz has said, if you are ready to pay premium price to get the mining hardware you want, the best option will be is to get it from Bitmain itself. There are literally thousands of sites out there taking advantage of the situation now. You can go around the scam accusation thread and you will understand what I'm saying. Though its good that you give us a warning and red flag about this company so that they can't no longer victimized more people here. Hard lessons but I sure you learn a lot from this mistake.

This site is a total scam.  I ordered and wired money into their account for the purchase of one Antminer S9.  I did not receive a reply after the payment.  Their gmail address does not work.  The only way you can send them an email is through their site.  This email function now does not work.  I received a reply that said they were having technical issues with the site.

Many other threads on here and on other boards about their similar problems.  No one that I can find has actually received a server after ordering and wiring them money.

That was a hard lesson for you. In future you should make some better research before sendong your money to someone.
A quote from the bitmain website:

Please do not place your order with anyone or anybody claiming to be an official Bitmain representative over email or Skype. It can be a scam and your confirmed order may never be delivered in such cases. Bitmain is neither responsible for nor offers any kind of compensation in such cases.

In addition while searching for any crypto related services always use adblock and never click on google ads. When I turn off the adblock I see over 50% of scam google ads.
Visit legit websites from reliable sources and bookmark them in your browser.
P.S. If you are a US resident then you should probably have a chance for a legal protection. It shouldn't be a big deal to find scammers if you have the invoice.

I have the same story with them. I ordered 2x S9 in nov, same replies, same excuse, so I m looking for more people in this case to know where to fill a "class" action about them and add extra information to fill a complain. but I m confused if they really sent at least one unit to one person.
I contacted bitmain to confirm if they really sell computer to them or not. what do you think ?

 

Even as of these days hes still waiting for his s9 to arrived. I dont know if i would believe that those guys did actually sent out some partial miners or apparatus. Since this thread is being updated by op then i would like to ask to show some screenshots regarding the miners you had recieve from them? Its quiet suspicious given on the links above which they do have connections among those sites.A big red flag for me.

My orders was in August. My mistake was I thought they were the real Bitmain store, only to found out it not after I paid for my order. I bought a S9 and an APW3+. I try to contact them but without a response, so I file a complaint to the BBB. This is what I got from them after filling a complaint.

“Hello Sir/Madam,

From reading this threads, I don’t believe they have any intention to send anything. As a single consumer, they know the amount is not big enough to get a lawyer to go after them. But if all of us come together, it would be big enough to get a lawyer involve. Even if the fees is the amount I paid for my S9, I am willing to pay if that’s what is take to put an end to this type of scam. Scam like this bring bad optics to a crypto community.

Contrary to what people think about crypto community, the majority of us are decent people who’s try to make a fews extra dollars. I am in for a pool complaint. Please pm me for any information that might help with this class action.
