Hello guys you know that ethereum rised significiantly and we saw ath. What do you think about ethereum price at the end of 2017? Will ethereum break $500 or start to dump?

Ethereum has always been that stubborn crypto that doesn't lose or gain value easily and if we get to see eth break the $500 barrier before the end of the year, lets count ourselves as lucky hodlers.

Ethereum tends to go up or down in price relative to US$ in bursts rather than a constant increases or decreases. I think if we break $500 it could easily shoot up to $600 or $700 very quickly, though the current congestion isn't a good sign and could make people hesitant to buy more.

There are some signals point out that ETH will reduce soon. Super Bitcoin hard fork will take place in December 15th. Therefore the investors start sell ETH to buy Bitcoin.

ETH is very good now, in this end year their activities are overload. As you can see, many transaction is slowly-processed because the busy activities from Ethereum. Hope in 2018 can rise over $500

ethereum is the first and most outstanding project in the market, I am buying at all dips. I think it will gone $1k  in midterm.

   I finally bought some Ethereums and my plan is to hold it at least until next year in this time. In mid-term
price will go to $1000, but I hope for much higher price before I sell Ethereum.
   I think too that Ethereum have outstanding project, Ethereum ties with many ERC-20 tokens is something
that will have big effects on price in future. I bought my first Ethereums, and I plan to buy more and I hope

I think ethereum price will continue to pump. In past, ethereum price has been stable I haven't seen eth to pump and dump deep after yet and because of new ICO that choosing eth as platform for their tokens it's not impossible for eth to have a stable market demand since people need it as fuel for making transactions using their erc20.

At present it is trading at 482$ and with the positive things in the market the price should break 500$ before Christmas and 2018 should bring some more smiles to all its users who do hold ETH and believe in it.

ETH has dropped down the last few days towards the low 400s but I still think we will see it at above $500 before the year is out. It probably hasn't been helped by the slow transaction speed the last few days but I expect the upward momentum to resume once that is all cleared up.

ETH is falling down because the investors are changing to invest in Bitcoin before the hard fork. But I think that it will recover reach $500 at the end of this year.

I wonder how many people even on this forum are calculating the price of Ether through fiat dollar and not through the ratio with BTC. Nevertheless, this ratio interests me mostly. For sure after hard fork Etherium will grow by the end of the year to at least 0.042, it's interesting what share of the market Ethereum network will have with the appearance of new players.

Ethereum's transaction delays have caused me to seriously think about the confidence of investors towards the end of 2017 and indeed 2018. Slow transaction times is a big put off. And come to think of it, majority of the problem is caused by cryptokittens.
No wonder the price has behaved somehow in recent days.

I had predicted a month ago that Ethereum will probably hit my $1,000 mark before 2018 but it seems hard to fill the gap between $500 to $1,000 this week. But we never lose hope because Ethereum experienced heavy traffic in the past 3 days due to congestion. People maybe shifting from other currencies into Ethereum but we're not sure about that.

In my opinion the value is only increasing because it is december, Then maybe after december the value will dump again. The hype is on christmas that's why everyone is exchanging their coins to buy gifts for their family.

Indeed, Ethereum's transactions delays is causing Ethereum to lay low and maintaining $500 in the past two weeks.
If only Ethereum's network can handle the stress of congestion then it will probably the reason to rise the value and will hit another mile of value but seems it's difficult to predict any mark value for now.
