Card is bricked. Meaning it was flashed with a non compatible bios and will need a stock bios flashed back on. Not really a big deal at all its just been sitting for a few months and i honestly don't care to play around with it and i upgraded to all nvidea cards anyway. I don't even have frame space on any of my rigs for another card. Re-flash the bios and you have the GPU for nearly half price.
