You can still mine Scrypt with GPUs. But it would be like hammering a nail with a pillow. Hehe.

There are already advanced ASIC's like the Antminer L3+ and because of this, the difficulty of scrypt coins have exponentially increased. You won't earn much and electricity would be more expensive. You could still mine if you want to try it out tho, if you're a "hobby" miner.

It does, but scrypt asics work for those too.  Most video cards have hash rates in the several hundred kilohash rate.  Asics out now, have rates in the hundreds of Megahashes.  For example, just for fun, I have one of these mini asics http://sharedmemorydump.net/lketc-usb-scrypt-miner.  It does about 144kh stock.  That is about half of what one of my video cards could do.  At that rate, not including the power, I make about $1.71/year mining GameCredits (a scrypt coin).  If I knclude power, I loose -$3.48/year.  And this mini asic uses only 5 watts.

I, personally, wouldn't use a video card for any scrypt coin.  It hasn't been profitable since about 2014.  I would look at Equahash or CryptoNight.  It would be more profitable.
